On October 9, 2025, Shandong Pharmaceutical Glass Co., Ltd. announced that it received a notice of release of pledge from its controlling shareholder, Shandong Luzhong Investment Co., Ltd. Luzhong Investment holds 129 million shares of the company, accounting for 19.50% of the total share capital. A total of 12.3 million shares were released from pledge on September 30, accounting for 9.51% of its shareholding ratio and 1.85% of the company's total share capital.
