PNC: The cumulative repurchase amount is 80.0216 million yuan
PNC announced that as of the end of September 2025, the company has repurchased a total of 3.2025 million shares, accounting for 0.83% of the total share capital, with a cumulative repurchase amount of 80.0216 million yuan. The actual repurchase price range is from 23.5 yuan/share to 25.85 yuan/share. The repurchased shares will be used for the employee stock ownership plan or equity incentives, with a total repurchase fund not less than 80 million yuan and not exceeding 160 million yuan
