# XINGYE SILVER&TIN: The restructuring plan of the controlling shareholder, XINGYE Group, has been completed and approved by the court

Inner Mongolia XINGYE SILVER&TIN Mining Co., Ltd. announced that its controlling shareholder, XINGYE Group, received the Civil Ruling No. 04 Bankruptcy 2 - 34 from the Intermediate People's Court of Chifeng City on September 30. The court found that XINGYE Group has completed the work stipulated in the reorganization plan under the supervision of the administrator, and the relevant entrustment agreements have been established and come into effect, with the execution work meeting the completion standards. The ruling confirms the completion of the "Substantial Merger Reorganization Plan of the Three Companies," which is a final ruling and takes effect immediately
