# TD Online: Shenzhen Stock Exchange suspends review of share issuance for asset acquisition

TD Online announced that the company plans to acquire 100% equity of Shanghai Jiato Internet Technology Group Co., Ltd. held by Zhang Fu and Shanghai Jina Management Consulting Partnership through the issuance of shares and cash payment, and to raise matching funds. On September 30, 2025, the company received a notice from the Shenzhen Stock Exchange stating that the financial information recorded in the company's restructuring application documents has expired and needs to be supplemented. According to regulations, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange has suspended the review of the company's restructuring. This suspension of review does not have a substantial impact on the company's transaction, and the company will continue to promote this transaction, coordinating with various intermediary institutions to complete the financial data update as soon as possible and apply for the resumption of review
