# KELI provides credit guarantee for a 500 million project loan for its subsidiary and signs a guarantee contract with ICBC

In 2025, KELI Motor Group Co., Ltd. was approved by the board of directors, the supervisory board, and the shareholders' meeting to provide joint liability guarantee for its wholly-owned subsidiary Hunan KELI Intelligent Motor Co., Ltd. to apply for a project loan credit of no more than 500 million yuan from banks, for the construction of an intelligent manufacturing industrial park project. Recently, the company signed a "Maximum Guarantee Contract" with Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC), with a maximum guarantee amount of 250 million yuan, and the main debt period is from September 29, 2025, to December 30, 2035. KELI Intelligent was established in 2023, and the company holds 100% equity in it. After this guarantee, the company and its subsidiaries have a total guarantee amount of 750 million yuan within the scope of the consolidated financial statements, accounting for 58.39% of the audited net assets for the year 2024, with no overdue guarantee situation
