Tongling Jingda Special Electromagnetic Wire Co., Ltd. announced the results of the convertible bond conversion and the changes in share capital. From February 25, 2021, to September 30, 2025, the conversion amount of Jingda convertible bonds is 517 million yuan, resulting in 14.4 million shares, accounting for 7.52% of the total shares issued by the company before conversion. From July 1, 2025, to September 30, 2025, the conversion amount is 17,000 yuan, resulting in 5,070 shares, accounting for 0.0003%. As of September 30, 2025, the unconverted amount is 270 million yuan, accounting for 34.32% of the total issuance. This conversion increases the number of unrestricted circulating shares and the total share capital by 5,070 shares
