# BBWPORT announced the conversion situation of "Beigang Convertible Bonds" in Q3 2025

BBWPORT Co., Ltd. released the announcement on the conversion situation of "Beigang Convertible Bonds" for the third quarter of 2025. On June 29, 2021, the company issued 3 billion yuan of convertible corporate bonds with a term of six years, and it was listed on July 23, 2021. The conversion period is from January 5, 2022, to June 28, 2027, with an initial conversion price of 8.35 yuan/share. After multiple adjustments, the current conversion price is 7.39 yuan/share. In the third quarter of 2025, the "Beigang Convertible Bonds" saw a decrease in conversion amount of 85,000 yuan, with a conversion quantity of 11,499 shares. As of September 30, the remaining convertible bond amount is 1,079,932,000 yuan
