# COREACH disclosed the progress of its share repurchase, having repurchased a total of 187,900 shares

On April 22, 2025, Anhui COREACH Technology Co., Ltd. reviewed and approved a share repurchase plan, intending to use 10 million to 20 million yuan of its own or special loan funds to repurchase shares for equity incentives. Due to the distribution of equity for the year 2024, the upper limit of the repurchase price was adjusted from 26.96 yuan/share to 26.71 yuan/share starting from July 10. As of September 30, the company had repurchased a total of 187,900 shares, accounting for 0.0841% of the total share capital, with a highest transaction price of 19.86 yuan/share, a lowest of 19.747 yuan/share, and a total transaction amount of 3,721,901.80 yuan, funded by its own funds
