# NPC: The cumulative conversion amount of Nanjing Pharmaceutical's convertible bonds is 66,000 yuan

Nanjing Pharmaceutical announced that the Nanjiao convertible bonds will start converting into shares from July 1, 2025. As of September 30, 2025, the cumulative conversion amount is 66,000 yuan, and the cumulative number of shares formed due to conversion is 12,875 shares, accounting for 0.00098% of the total issued shares of the company before the conversion of Nanjiao convertible bonds. As of September 30, 2025, the amount of Nanjiao convertible bonds that have not been converted is 1.081 billion yuan, accounting for 99.9939% of the total issuance of Nanjiao convertible bonds. From July 1, 2025, to September 30, 2025, the conversion amount of Nanjiao convertible bonds is 66,000 yuan, and the number of shares formed due to conversion is 12,875 shares
