# ZDDC: Currently not involved in solid-state battery business, Qingtao Energy is only an indirectly invested project of the company

ZDDC stated on the interactive platform that its holding subsidiary, Dongfang Xingkong Venture Capital Co., Ltd., participated as a limited partner in the Shanghai Fengrui Venture Capital Center, holding an 8.98% equity stake in Qingtao Energy Development Group Co., Ltd. The company continues to improve its "3+1" digital ecological layout, centered on the core development directions of "digital culture +, digital technology +, data operation +, and innovation track." Currently, it has not involved in solid-state battery business, and Qingtao Energy is only an indirectly invested project of the company
