NBJF announced that as of September 30, 2025, a total of 369 million yuan of targeted convertible bonds have been converted into shares, with the number of shares converted being 51.26 million, accounting for 5.02% of the company's total issued shares before the conversion of targeted convertible bonds. The amount of targeted convertible bonds that have not yet been converted is 30.66 million yuan, accounting for 2.74% of the total issuance. During the period from July 1 to September 30, 2025, there were no conversions of targeted convertible bonds. The company's total share capital remains at 1.268 billion shares, with no changes
