On September 23, 2025, Sichuan HBC Biotechnology Co., Ltd. signed a "Maximum Guarantee Contract" with the Chongqing Branch of Chengdu Bank, providing a joint liability guarantee of 200 million yuan for its holding subsidiary Wujun Chongqing Guangneng Co., Ltd. The guarantee period is three years, with no counter-guarantee. This guarantee is within the previously estimated limit, and the company has already obtained relevant authorization for the proposal. As of the announcement date, HBC and its holding subsidiaries have a total external guarantee amount of 7.663 billion yuan, accounting for 41.14% of the most recent audited net assets, with no overdue guarantees. The company stated that this guarantee aligns with overall interests and development strategy, and the risks are controllable
