# JYPC: Completed the repurchase of 0.1970% to 2.048% of the company's shares

JYPC announced that at the fourth extraordinary meeting of the seventh board of directors held on December 12, 2024, it reviewed and approved the proposal on the share repurchase plan. It agreed to use its own funds to repurchase part of the issued ordinary shares of RMB through centralized bidding, with the number of shares to be repurchased not less than 7 million and not exceeding 13.5 million, and the total amount of repurchase not exceeding 132 million yuan. As of October 9, 2025, the company has cumulatively repurchased 10.396 million shares through a dedicated securities account via centralized bidding, accounting for 2.048% of the company's current total share capital, with the highest transaction price being 7.04 yuan/share, the lowest transaction price being 5.96 yuan/share, and the total transaction amount being 69.9872 million yuan. This repurchase complies with the relevant laws and regulations, and the number of repurchased shares is 10.396 million, accounting for 2.048% of the company's current total share capital
