CORPRO announced that in order to meet the production and operational needs of its wholly-owned subsidiary Guoyi Electronics, the company has provided a joint liability guarantee for the working capital loan applied for by it from the Chengdu Branch of Industrial Bank, with a term of 2 years and an amount not exceeding RMB 20 million. This guarantee amount accounts for 1.12% of the company's audited net assets attributable to the listed company for the year 2024. After providing this guarantee, the company's cumulative guarantee balance is RMB 79.99 million, accounting for 4.49% of the audited net assets attributable to the listed company for the year 2024
