# EFORT: Dinghui Yuanlin has completed a 2.5% reduction plan

EFORT announced that its shareholder, Dinghui Yuanlin, who holds more than 5% of the shares, has completed its reduction plan. Between July 31, 2025, and September 30, 2025, Dinghui Yuanlin reduced its holdings in EFORT by a total of 13.0445 million shares through centralized bidding and block trading, accounting for 2.5% of the company's total share capital, with a total reduction amount of 298 million yuan. The reduction price range was 19.99 to 24.25 yuan per share. After this reduction, Dinghui Yuanlin holds 20.4004 million shares of EFORT, accounting for 3.91% of the total share capital. The reduction plan is consistent with previous disclosures and has been completed as planned
