# Jincheng Pharm: Klibor has obtained approval for the listing application of chemical raw materials

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Jincheng Pharm (300233.SZ) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Beijing Jincheng Tail Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., recently received the "Approval Notice for the Listing Application of Chemical Raw Materials" issued by the National Medical Products Administration.

Clobetasol is a phosphodiesterase 4 (PDE-4) inhibitor, and its formulation, Clobetasol ointment, is suitable for topical treatment of mild to moderate atopic dermatitis in patients aged 3 months and older. Currently, there are 22 companies in China with Clobetasol raw material registration status as A. According to IMS data, the global sales of Clobetasol formulations from 2022 to 2024 are projected to be USD 224 million, USD 206 million, and USD 196 million, with raw material consumption of 706.68 kg, 963.57 kg, and 1118.43 kg, respectively
