# Chemspec shareholders reduced their holdings, and after the change in equity, their shareholding decreased to 5%

Shanghai Chemspec Technology Co., Ltd. announced the equity changes of shareholder Wuxi Yunhui and its concerted actor Xingyu Huitian. On August 2, the two disclosed a reduction plan, intending to reduce no more than 15,581,250 shares, accounting for 3% of the total share capital. From September 29 to 30, they reduced 4,901,669 shares through centralized bidding transactions, accounting for 0.94%. Before the change, the two held a total of 30,870,419 shares, accounting for 5.94%; after the change, the total shareholding decreased to 25,968,750 shares, with the proportion dropping to 5%, no longer being a shareholder with more than 5% ownership. This reduction does not trigger a tender offer and does not affect the company's controlling rights. The reduction plan has not yet been fully implemented, and the company will urge and disclose information in a timely manner
