JSAC announced that its shareholder Sichuan Leshan Fuhua Crop Protection Technology Investment Co., Ltd. will reduce its holdings by 4.3065 million shares through centralized bidding from July 4, 2025, to July 17, 2025, accounting for 1% of the total shares. The transaction price range is between 19.5 and 21.76 yuan per share, cashing out 85.9346 million yuan. The reduction plan has reached its deadline, originally intending to reduce no more than 12.9195 million shares, with 8.613 million shares still not reduced. After the reduction, its holdings will be 20.9064 million shares, accounting for 4.85% of the company's total share capital
