# The concerted action of the controlling shareholder of NORTHKING TECH. has reduced its holdings, and the equity change has reached a multiple of 1%

NORTHKING TECH. announced that its controlling shareholder and actual controller, the concerted action party Yuan Dao Venture Capital Partnership, has cumulatively reduced its holdings in the company by 8,808,316 shares from September 8, 2025, to October 9, 2025, accounting for 1.02% of the total share capital. Among them, 6,565,316 shares were reduced through centralized bidding, and 2,243,000 shares were reduced through block trading. After this equity change, the combined shareholding ratio of the controlling shareholder, actual controller, and concerted action parties decreased from 58.00% to 56.98%, reaching a 1% integer multiple. This reduction is consistent with the previously disclosed plan, has not been fully implemented, will not adversely affect the company's governance, and will not lead to a change in control
