According to the Zhitong Finance APP, NIU HOLDINGS (08619) announced that the company has received a court order issued by the High Court based on the terms of the consent summons presented on September 18, 2025. The High Court has ordered that the application has been withdrawn and the hearing scheduled for October 15, 2025, has been canceled
