Zhejiang Comm.Tech. announced that its controlling shareholder, Zhejiang Provincial Transportation Investment Group Co., Ltd., will cumulatively increase its holdings by 52.35 million shares through centralized bidding within 6 months starting from April 9, 2025, accounting for 1.96% of the company's total share capital of 2.671 billion shares, with an increase amount of 209 million yuan. The implementation of this increase plan has been completed, with the purchase price not exceeding 8.77 yuan per share, and a commitment not to reduce holdings within 6 months after the completion of the increase
