# Oriental Energy: Concerted action party increases shareholding by 2.00%

Oriental Energy announced that its controlling shareholder's concerted action party, MaSen Energy Co., Ltd., increased its holdings of the company's shares by 31.52 million shares through centralized bidding from September 22 to September 30, 2025, accounting for 2.00% of the total share capital, with a cumulative increase amount of 277 million yuan; after the completion of this increase plan, Donghua Petroleum and its concerted action parties will hold a total of 672 million shares of the company, accounting for 42.67% of the total share capital
