# GED: Subsidiary plans to issue REITs products not exceeding 3 billion yuan

Guangdong Electric Power A announced that the company's 11th Board of Directors approved a proposal during its second communication meeting in 2025, agreeing that its subsidiary, Guangdong Wind Power Company, would use the new energy generation assets held by its subordinate subsidiaries as underlying assets to apply for the registration and issuance of a series of REITs products with a shelf size not exceeding 3 billion yuan at the exchange. The first special plan has an issuance scale of approximately 1.721 billion yuan, with 1.72 billion yuan in priority shares subscribed by qualified investors, and 1 million yuan in subordinate shares retained by Guangdong Wind Power Company
