# QC SOLAR shareholder Duan Zhenggang intends to inquire about the transfer of 3.5883 million shares

On October 9, 2025, QC SOLAR released a shareholder inquiry transfer plan. The shareholder participating in the inquiry transfer is Duan Zhenggang, one of the company's controlling shareholders and actual controllers, who intends to transfer 3,588,325 shares, accounting for 4.00% of the total share capital, due to personal funding needs. This inquiry transfer will not reduce holdings through the secondary market, and the transferee may not transfer the shares within six months. The transferee must be an institutional investor with corresponding capabilities. The lower limit of the transfer price shall not be less than 70% of the average stock trading price for several trading days prior to the issuance of the subscription invitation letter, and the transfer price will be determined based on the principle of "price, quantity, and time priority." The company does not have any risk matters that should be disclosed or situations of control change, but this transfer plan carries implementation risks such as shares being judicially frozen and changes in the market environment
