# Vie Science & Technology: Plans to publicly delist and purchase FAWER's 40% stake in FAWER Vie at a transaction bottom price of 26.222 million yuan

Vie Science & Technology announced that the company plans to purchase 40% equity of Changchun FAWER Vie Brake Control Systems Co., Ltd. held by FAWER Automotive Components Co., Ltd. through a public bidding process, with a transaction base price of 26.22 million yuan. This move aims to improve operational decision-making efficiency and achieve maximum benefits. After the transaction is completed, Vie Science & Technology will hold 100% equity of FAWER Vie, and the scope of consolidated financial statements will remain unchanged. This transaction does not constitute a related party transaction or a major asset restructuring, and the funding source is self-owned funds, with the final transaction price pending the results of the public bidding
