# HNDI: The shareholding ratio of the trading group has been passively diluted by 1.8%

HNDI announced that Henan Transportation Investment Group Co., Ltd. has been passively diluted from a 14.49% shareholding ratio to 12.69% due to the conversion of convertible bonds, reaching a whole number multiple of 1%. On September 19, 2025, the redemption of "HNDI Convertible Bonds" will be completed, during which approximately 3.7066 million shares will be converted, and the company's total share capital will increase by approximately 46.0422 million shares. This equity change does not involve changes in the number of shares held and does not affect the company's governance structure and ongoing operations
