# XINZHU CORPORATION has completed the transfer of a 35.90929% equity stake in Aowei Technology

On September 8, 2025, Chengdu Xinzhu Road & Bridge Machinery Co., Ltd. held its sixth extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2025, where it approved the proposal to transfer 35.90929% of its equity in Shanghai Aowei Technology Development Co., Ltd. to Sichuan Development Leading Capital Management Co., Ltd. for 361.36 million yuan. After the transaction is completed, the company will no longer hold equity in Aowei Technology. On September 30, Aowei Technology completed the industrial and commercial change registration, and Leading Capital has paid the full equity transfer amount as per the agreement. The company has announced the relevant documents for record, including the registration confirmation notice, Aowei Technology's business license, and the receipt
