# BIYI has received approval from the Shanghai Stock Exchange for the issuance of A-shares to specific targets

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, BIYI (603215.SH) announced that on October 9, 2025, it received the "Exchange Review Opinions on the Issuance of Shares by Zhejiang BIYI Electric Co., Ltd. to Specific Objects" issued by the Shanghai Stock Exchange (referred to as "SSE"). The specific opinions are as follows: "The application for the issuance of shares by Zhejiang BIYI Electric Co., Ltd. to specific objects meets the issuance conditions, listing conditions, and information disclosure requirements. The Exchange will submit your company's application documents to the China Securities Regulatory Commission for registration upon receipt."
