ZGCMC announced that the director and general manager Eric Wu holds 210,000 shares and plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 52,500 shares through centralized bidding from October 31, 2025, to January 30, 2026; the deputy general manager and chief engineer He Yangyang holds 56,000 shares and plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 14,000 shares; the financial director Li Jianhui holds 56,000 shares and plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 14,000 shares. The three individuals plan to collectively reduce their holdings by no more than 80,500 shares, accounting for 0.0343% of the company's total share capital
