# BBWPORT: "Beigang Convertible Bonds" will suspend conversion to equity from October 13 until the equity distribution registration date

BBWPORT Co., Ltd. announced that due to the implementation of the 2025 mid-term equity distribution, according to relevant regulations, the "Beigang Convertible Bonds" will be suspended from conversion from October 13, 2025, until the equity registration date for this equity distribution, and will resume conversion on the first trading day after the equity registration date. The conversion period for the "Beigang Convertible Bonds" is from January 5, 2022, to June 28, 2027, and normal trading can continue during the suspension period. The company also announced the adjustment method and calculation formula for the conversion price and other related content
