According to the announcement from Arcplus (600629.SH), the company's vice president Zhou Jingyu, Shu Zhenghong, chief engineer Wang Weidong, financial director Wu Fengyu, engineering director Guo Zhenwen, board secretary Zhu Qian, and director Jin Jian plan to reduce their holdings through centralized bidding, with a maximum reduction of 190,000 shares, 180,000 shares, 170,000 shares, 230,000 shares, 170,000 shares, 60,000 shares, and 50,000 shares respectively, accounting for 0.0196%, 0.0186%, 0.0175%, 0.0237%, 0.0175%, 0.0062%, and 0.0052% of the total share capital
