# Range Technology: Ningbo Dayong plans to reduce its holdings of no more than 1% of the company's shares

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Range Technology (300442.SZ) announced that Ningbo Darong plans to reduce its holdings of no more than 16,343,400 shares (not exceeding 1.0000% of the company's total share capital, and not exceeding 1.0023% of the total share capital after deducting the shares in the company's repurchase special account) through centralized bidding and block trading within 90 days after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement (i.e., from October 31, 2025, to January 30, 2026)
