# HUANXI MEDIA directors sell shares during the lock-up period

> Huanxi Media announced that the controlling shareholders and non-executive directors Mr. Ning Hao and Mr. Xu Zheng (the relevant directors) sold shares during the lock-up period. From July 30 to August 21, Newwood (wholly owned by the controlling shareholder and former chairman Mr. Dong Ping) sold a total of 119 million shares in the market, accounting for 3.26% of the company's total share capital. Since the relevant directors are considered acting in concert with Mr. Dong and Newwood, they are regarded as having an interest in the shares held by Mr. Dong and Newwood
