According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Hangzhou Fuyang Tongda Agricultural and Solar Complementary New Energy Co., Ltd. was established, with Zhang Xiaogang as the legal representative and a registered capital of 10 million yuan. The business scope includes: power generation business, power transmission business, power supply business; research and development of offshore wind power-related systems; sales of offshore wind power-related equipment, etc. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is wholly owned by Windey through indirect holdings
