# AECC AEC: Vice Chairman Deng Zhiwei resigns due to job transfer

On October 10th, AECC AEC announced that the company's board of directors received a written resignation letter from Vice Chairman Deng Zhiwei. Deng Zhiwei applied to resign from the position of Vice Chairman of the 9th Board of Directors, Director, and member of the specialized committees under the board due to a job transfer. After resigning, Deng Zhiwei will no longer hold any positions in the company or its holding subsidiaries. Deng Zhiwei's resignation letter will take effect from the date it is delivered to the company's board of directors
