# SHAANXI ENERGY: The holding subsidiary Linbei Coal Industry received an administrative penalty decision, fined 940,000 yuan and suspended production for 5 days

Shaanxi Energy announced that its holding subsidiary Linbei Coal Industry received an "Administrative Penalty Decision" issued by the Shaanxi Bureau of the National Mine Safety Supervision Administration on October 5, 2025. Due to reasons such as organizing production beyond capacity, failing to strictly implement the underground labor capacity system, workers not carrying identification cards, and simultaneously conducting bottoming and mining operations in the affected area, it was ordered to suspend production for 5 days and fined RMB 940,000. The company has requested Linbei Coal Industry to complete comprehensive rectification and continuously strengthen safety production supervision of its subsidiaries. This penalty is expected to have no significant impact on the company's production and operations
