Changling Hydraulic announced that Wuxi Core Breakwave Technology Partnership intends to issue a partial tender offer to all shareholders except for Wuxi Core Listening Wave Technology Partnership and Jiangyin Chenglian Shuangying Investment Partnership, to acquire 17,290,400 shares, accounting for 12.00% of the listed company's shareholding. The tender offer price is set at 36.24 yuan/share. Due to Changling Hydraulic's implementation of the 2025 semi-annual equity distribution, the tender offer price is adjusted to 35.82 yuan/share. Core Breakwave will inform the company of the transaction progress every 30 days until the announcement of the tender offer report
