HyUnion Holding announced that the new energy and hydrogen new kinetic energy venture capital fund partnership, jointly invested by the company, Beijing Zhike Asset Management Co., Ltd., Haidewei Technology Group Co., Ltd., and other partners, has completed the filing. The fund focuses on investing in high-quality enterprises in the new energy, new materials, and automotive electronics industries. The partnership intends to contribute a total capital of RMB 92.1 million, with the company as a limited partner contributing RMB 20 million. The partnership has completed the filing procedures with the Asset Management Association of China, and the filing information includes the fund name, manager name, custodian name, and filing date
