Wavelength OE announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Wavelength OE Singapore Pte. Ltd., has established a wholly-owned subsidiary in Malaysia, RS Optics Sdn. Bhd., with a registered capital of 1 Malaysian Ringgit. RS Optics is 100% owned by Wavelength OE Singapore Pte. Ltd. Wavelength OE Singapore Pte. Ltd. was established on October 28, 2011, with a registered capital of 1 million USD, and its business scope includes the manufacturing of optical instruments and photographic equipment, as well as engineering research and experimental development
