# Progress on the increase of holdings by the controlling shareholder of CNCEC: Nearly 200 million has been spent, and further increases will continue

On April 12, 2025, China National Chemical Engineering Co., Ltd. announced that its controlling shareholder, China National Chemical Engineering Group Co., Ltd., plans to increase its holdings of the company's A-shares by 300 million to 600 million yuan within 12 months. As of October 11, more than half of the increase plan period has passed, and China National Chemical Engineering has cumulatively increased its holdings by 26,323,000 shares, accounting for approximately 0.43% of the total share capital, with a cumulative investment amount of 199,982,336.38 yuan. In the future, China National Chemical Engineering will continue to increase its holdings as planned using its own or borrowed funds. However, this increase plan may not meet expectations due to changes in the capital market and other factors, and the company will continue to disclose progress
