According to the Zhitong Finance APP, UNITY GP HLDGS (01539) announced that Mr. Huang Haojun has resigned as the company's company secretary and chief financial officer, and he will no longer serve as the company's authorized representative and legal process agent, effective from October 10, 2025. After resigning from the above positions, Mr. Huang Haojun will be appointed as a consultant to the company.
