# SHANGHAI IND H appoints Ernst & Young as the new auditor

According to the announcement from Shanghai Industrial Holdings (00363), the company has notified Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Certified Public Accountants Limited of the requirement to change auditors, as the term of their continuous appointment has reached the stipulated limit. After careful consideration, Deloitte believes that the board's decision to appoint a successor auditor has made it difficult to maintain a professional relationship with the company. Therefore, Deloitte has decided to resign as the company's auditor, effective October 10, 2025.

The board further announced that, upon the recommendation of the company's audit committee, it has resolved to appoint Ernst & Young as the new auditor to fill the temporary vacancy left by Deloitte's resignation. Ernst & Young will serve until the conclusion of the company's next annual general meeting
