CN GREEN ELECTRICITY announced that as of September 30, 2025, the company has not yet implemented a share repurchase. The total amount of funds used for the share repurchase will not be less than RMB 61.8428 million to RMB 92.7642 million, with a repurchase price not exceeding RMB 13.31 per share. The repurchase period will be within 12 months from the date of the company's third extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2025, which approves the share repurchase plan
