# WIT DYNE: A cash dividend of 5 yuan for every 10 shares

WIT DYNE announced that the interim dividend for the mid-2025 period will be based on a total share capital of 234 million shares as of June 30, 2025, distributing a cash dividend of 5 yuan for every 10 shares to all shareholders of the company, without increasing share capital from capital reserves or issuing bonus shares. The actual cash dividend amount for the first half of 2025 will be 117 million yuan. The equity registration date is October 16, 2025, and the ex-dividend date is October 17, 2025
