# KDL plans to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary in Hong Kong to accelerate its international layout

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, KDL (002850.SZ) announced that in order to effectively expand overseas markets, enhance international competitiveness, and promote the implementation of the company's long-term strategy, the company plans to invest no more than HKD 3 million (approximately RMB 2.75 million at the current exchange rate) using its own funds to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as "Hong Kong"). This subsidiary will serve as a comprehensive operational platform to assist the company in accelerating its international layout, expanding its global business footprint, and actively seizing development opportunities in strategic emerging fields such as new energy, high-end manufacturing, and key components of embodied intelligent robots, thereby comprehensively enhancing global competitiveness
