# Yunnan Germanium: Zhu Zhiguo resigns from the positions of company director and others

On October 10th, Yunnan Germanium announced that the company's board of directors received a written resignation letter from director Zhu Zhiguo, who applied to resign from his position as a director of the company due to work adjustments. After resigning from the aforementioned positions, Zhu Zhiguo will continue to serve as the company's deputy general manager. Zhu Zhiguo's resignation letter will take effect from the date it is delivered to the company's board of directors
