Jiangsu MAIXINLIN Aviation Technology Co., Ltd. announced that as of the disclosure date, shareholder Bai Bing holds 7,271,333 shares of the company, accounting for 5.00% of the total share capital. On October 9, he released the pledge of 2,700,000 shares, accounting for 37.13% of his holdings and 1.86% of the company's total share capital. After this release of the pledge, Bai Bing has a total pledged amount of 4,550,000 shares, accounting for 62.57% of his total holdings and 3.13% of the company's total share capital. The company stated that if there are significant changes in the pledge matters, it will disclose them in a timely manner in accordance with regulations
