# On October 20th, Jingwei Hirain's 215 million restricted shares will be listed and circulated

CITIC Securities conducted a review of the listing and circulation of restricted shares for Jingwei Hirain's initial public offering. Jingwei Hirain was listed on the Sci-Tech Innovation Board on April 19, 2022, and multiple batches of restricted shares have already been listed and circulated. The shares being listed this time are 21,474,504 shares held by the controlling shareholder Ji Yingcun, accounting for 17.9015% of the company's current total shares of 119,959,040. The lock-up period is 42 months, and these shares will be listed and circulated starting from October 20, 2025. In 2024-2025, the company's capital will be reduced from 120 million shares to 119,959,040 shares due to the repurchase and cancellation of restricted stock. Ji Yingcun has made commitments regarding share lock-up and reduction, which are currently being strictly adhered to. The sponsoring institution has no objections to the listing and circulation of these restricted shares
