# Xgimi Technology shareholders plan to collectively reduce their holdings by no more than 1.98%

According to the announcement from ZGIMI Technology (688696.SH), shareholders Liao Yang and Zhong Chao plan to reduce their holdings of the company's shares through the Shanghai Stock Exchange trading system via centralized bidding and block trading within 90 days after the announcement date due to their own funding needs. Shareholder Zhong Chao intends to reduce his holdings by no more than 840,000 shares, accounting for 1.20% of the total share capital. Shareholder Liao Yang intends to reduce his holdings by no more than 546,300 shares through centralized bidding, accounting for 0.78% of the total share capital
