# ECOBEAUTY: Company debt overdue

According to the announcement from Meili Shengtai (000010.SZ), the company signed a "Loan and Guarantee Contract" and supplementary agreements with Yingtan Xinming Investment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yingtan Xinming") on March 14, 2022, May 20, 2022, and May 10, 2024, with a total loan amount of 56 million yuan, and the loan maturity date is December 31, 2025.

Recently, the company received a debt repayment notice and an early repayment notice from Yingtan Xinming. According to the contract terms, because the amount involved in the company's recent litigation exceeds 5% of the agreed loan principal amount, they have the right to declare the loan due early and require the company to repay all principal and interest in advance. The company has failed to repay within the specified repayment period, constituting a debt default
